For Services Funded By Workforce Innovation And Opportunity Act Youth

On Monday, January 31, 2022 on behalf of Mayor Walsh and the City of Boston, the Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development (OWD) will issue an open and competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) for services under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Youth (WIOA Youth.

You can download the RFP online at https://owd.boston.gov/ beginning January 31, 2022.  A bidder’s conference will be held virtually on Friday, February 11, 2022, at 12:00 pm. A registration link for the bidder’s conference will be posted online on the website https://owd.boston.gov//. Potential applicants are strongly encouraged to attend; accommodations for persons with disabilities available upon request.  Please make all such requests at least 10 business days in advance.  A Letter of Intent to Bid (provided in the RFP) is strongly recommended but not required. If submitting, the LOI is due by Monday, February 14, 2022. Proposals will be due Friday, March 18th, 2022, by 5:00 P.M. 

The RFP seeks to identify programs for funding for fiscal year 2023, from July 1st, 2022 – June 30th, 2023.
