The Boston Cannabis Board (BCB) will hold a virtual public voting hearing on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at 1 p.m. Please note: The hearing is open to the public but no additional testimony will be accepted.

This hearing is being conducted pursuant to Governor Charlie Baker’s executive order (the “Order”) issued March 22, 2020, temporarily modifying certain requirements of the Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. ch. 30A s. 20) due to the ongoing public health crisis due to Covid-19 (coronavirus).
