    10.  Request authorization to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with nuTonomy, Inc. for the proposed use of the EDIC owned streets and ways within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

    11. Request authorization to enter into a contract with Acumen Solutions, Inc. for the Salesforce Phase 2 Implementation, in an amount not to exceed $140,000.
