3.         Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of Thompson Island Outward Bound Education Center, Inc. as redeveloper of Berth 10 dock and the adjacent water sheet within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

4.         Request authorization to adopt the Equitable Procurement Plan for the purposes of promoting equitable procurement.

5.         Request authorization to enter into a contract with Carahsoft Technology Corp. to purchase Zoom software, in an amount not to exceed $61,634.50.

6.         Request authorization to enter into a three-year contract with United Elevator Company, Inc. for elevator maintenance, repair and testing within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, in an amount not to exceed $308,904.

7.         Request authorization to amend the Lease with LFA Art Management to extend the Lease expiration date and to amend the rental payment schedule retroactively to January 1, 2021 for 12 Channel Street, Unit 505A within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

8.         Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals for multiple contracts for Real Estate Financial Advisory Services for one-year term, with two one-year term options. 

9.         Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with AT&T, Inc., to install, maintain and service appropriate infrastructure to provide internet, voice, video, and data services for access to all EDIC-owned properties within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

10.       Request authorization to extend the License Agreement with BCP-CG 27 Property LLC, for the continued use of twenty-eight parking space located on Lot P, adjacent to 27 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

11.       Request authorization to amend the Lease Agreement with Boston Inc. Print Specialist, LLC d/b/a Alphagraphics for the continued use of Suite 804 located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

12.       Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with East West Manufacturing LLC, for the use of Cage 1F, which is approximately 218 square feet on the first floor of 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

13.       Request authorization to extend the Lease Agreement with Magellan Distribution Corporation for the continued use of Suite 803 located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

14.       Request authorization to enter into a Lease Agreement with Payette Associates, Inc. for use of Suite 506 located at 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.
