1.   Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the October 14, 2021 Meeting.

2.         Request authorization to amend the Lease Agreement with Global Protection Corporation to remove approximately 200 square feet from the Global leased area of 12 Channel Street, Suite #401 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

3.         Request authorization to amend the Lease Agreement with East West Boston, LLC to remove approximately 200 square feet from the East West leased area of 12 Channel Street, Suite #201 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4.         Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with Droplette, Inc. for use of 7,987 square feet of 12 Channel Street, Suite #503 within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

5.         Request authorization to amend the License Agreement with The New Boston Pride Committee, Inc. for the use of 1,315 square feet of Cage B-7 in the basement of 12 Channel Street within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

6.         Request authorization for the assignment of the Ground Lease with SCD Drydock Q1, LLC to KRE 2DD Owner, LLC for Parcel Q1 located at 2 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

7.         Request authorization to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with Motional AD LLC to test automated driving systems on public ways within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

8.         Request authorization to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with Optimus Ride Inc. to test automated driving systems on public ways within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

9.         Request authorization to advertise and issue an Invitation for Bids for General Repair and Maintenance Services for EDIC owned properties for one year, with 2 one-year options. 

10.       Request authorization to advertise and issue an Invitation for Bids for Project Number 9519-C Inspection, Testing, Servicing and Full Preventative Maintenance of Fire Alarm Equipment within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

11.       Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Qualifications for house doctor architectural and engineering services on an “as needed” basis for EDIC-owned properties. 

12.       Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals to hire a licensed design consultant to provide assessment and design services to report on the condition of the storm drain infrastructure within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

13.       Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals for the Harborwalk and Climate Resiliency Improvements at Wharf 8 and Pier 10 project within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.  

14.       Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals for the Engineering Design Services for the Street Survey and PIC Documentation for the Street Transfer Project within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.  

15.       Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals for Engineering Design Services for Bulkhead Rehabilitation at the South Jetty located within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

16.       Request authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Proposals to engage outside consultants and/or firms to conduct a benchmark compensation study; and to make recommendations to update the BPDA’s current compensation plan, in accordance with the study.
