The grant will fund a collaborative effort between the Boston Fire Department First Responders, The Mayor’s Office of Recovery Services, the Boston Public Health Commission and community based organizations to improve the City’s response to opioid overdoses. Year 4 of a 4 year grant.

The grant will fund two Criminalist positions, overtime, lab supplies and continuing education expenses.
