*The purpose of the Executive Session is to consider applicants for an appointment by a preliminary screening committee because the chair declares that an open meeting will have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants under exemption 8 of the MA Open Meeting Law.
*The Clerk will take roll call vote to enter into an Executive Session; held immediately following the vote and Board will not be reconvening in a public session.
VOTED: “that, the Trustees Executive Committee of the Public Library of the City of Boston vote to enter into Executive Session.”
