    Development Plan for 75 Morrissey Boulevard with Planned Development Area No. 146, 35-75 Morrissey Boulevard, Dorchester

    Said Plan would allow for the development of two new residential buildings totaling approximately 754 residential units and approximately 613,320 sf of gross floor area (respectively, "Building A" and "Building B"). The Plan will also include a mix of ground-floor retail uses, amenity, and community/civic spaces. The Plan also proposes an approximately 23,900 sf community park, which will be public open space for the surrounding neighborhood, and which will be located centrally on the Project Site between Building A and Building B.
