Project Goals

Dudley Crossing is a 47 unit affordable housing development sponsored by Nuestra Comunidad. The project includes the renovation of two buildings located at 204-210 Hampden Street and 2-4 Dunmore Street consisting of 14 units, and the demolition/new construction of a building located at 375-397 Dudley Street. Currently there are 35 units at the existing properties. Once renovation and new construction is complete, Dudley Crossing will consist of 47 units affordable to households with incomes ranging from 30% to 80% of Area Median Income. The project will include 9 one bedroom apartments, 22 two bedroom apartments, 11 three bedroom apartments and 5 four bedroom apartments.

This project is going through a zoning review with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA). Then we’ll work with the Developer on funding, design, and compliance.
