Asset Management Services
The City of Boston (“the City”), acting through its Commissioner of Transportation, invites sealed submittals for the performance of the services generally described above, and particularly as set forth in the Request for Proposals Document (“RFP”).
The RFP shall be available from 10:00 am on Monday, May 9, 2022 from the City’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal (Bid Event EV00010668). This contract is procured under the provisions of the City Charter and is exempt from Chapter 30B § 1(b) (32A) of the Massachusetts General Laws.
Proposals are due no later than noon (12:00pm) on Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Please submit proposals via the City’s Supplier Portal and by email to Bradley Gerratt at bradley.gerratt@boston.gov. Also copy Amy Cording on email submissions at amy.cording@boston.gov. Refer to Section 2.0 of the RFP for complete information on the submission process and details.
The term of the contract shall be for 36 months beginning on or about July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025
