    1271 Message and order for your approval an Order to reduce the FY25 appropriation for the Reserve for Collective Bargaining by Forty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars ($45,682.00) to provide funding for the Inspectional Services Department for the FY25 increases contained within the collective bargaining agreements between the City of Boston and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).     1277 Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,800,000.00) in the form of a grant, for the Reconnecting Communities-Pilot Program, awarded by the United States Department of Transportation. The grant will fund the assessment of the feasibility of reconnecting the Chinatown neighborhood that was bisected by the construction of I-90.

The grant will fund home-based support services for older adults in the City of Boston.

The grant will fund Caregivers Services for older Adults in the City of Boston.

    1281 Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Four Hundred Sixty-One Thousand One Hundred Forty-Three Dollars ($461,143.00) in the form of a grant, for the Federal FY25 Title III-A Administration grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, passed through the MA Executive Office of Elder Affairs, to be administered by the Age Strong Commission. The grant will fund costs for the administration of Title III programs.

    1282 Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Four Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($456,500.00) in the form of a grant, for FY25 MVP Action Grant, awarded by the Executive Office of Energy & Environment Affairs to be administered by the Environment Department. The grant will fund the permit submittals for the project in FY26, with a goal of completing the MEPA permitting process and submitting permits to other applicable Local, State and Federal permitting agencies.

This will transfer interest back to the Boston Water and Sewer Commission in accordance with a settlement agreement resolving an ongoing lawsuit against the City of Boston.
