EVALUATION & MAINTENANCE OF COOLING OUTDOOR SPACES
The City of Boston, 1 City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, The City is looking for proposals to support the assessment, repairs, and regular/ on-call maintenance of existing Outdoor Cool Spaces at select Boston Centers for Youth and Families and Boston Public Libraries sites through summer 2025.
Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.
All Proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Evaluation & Maintenance of Cooling Outdoor Spaces
Specifications will be available on February 18, 2025, at 9:00am Eastern time.
Proposals shall be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 4, 2025, and opened forthwith.
