APP # 24.0251 AB 39-41 SOUTH STREET Remove (non-historic) awning from balconies
APP # 24.0272 AB 20 BRAEMORE ROAD Strip & re-shingle existing asphalt roof. Remove and replace existing aluminum gutters.
APP # 24.0279 AB 247-249 CHESTNUT HILL AVENUE Masonry restoration to exterior facade of building. Lightly pressure wash the exterior front facade to remove debris and growth. Repair exterior lintels/sills, corner, coping and exterior stones with Conproco Matrix and finish with Conproco Coat to match existing color. Repoint failing mortar in approximately 75% of the facade with Conproco RePoint to match existing.
