PMD – Mirabella Pool Repairs

The scope of work includes demolition, concrete work, painting, pool mechanicals and related equipment as further described in the specifications which will be available on or about February 24, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. through the City of Boston Supplier Portal at https://procurement.boston.gov/psupplierportal Event ID EV00015561 or electronically by emailing pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. All prospective bidders will meet at the Mirabella Pool.

Deadline for questions: March 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing directly to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

All General Bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority before 2:00 p.m. on March 26, 2025, at which time and place respective General Bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of amount bid, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility (approved in the applicable trade/category of work) and DCAMM Update Statement. All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid.
