Construction Monitoring Firm
The City of Boston, acting by and through its Public Facilities Commission by the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH), is seeking a Construction Monitoring Firm or Firms (CMF) to provide on-call on-site construction monitoring services for residential construction projects including rehabilitation, green energy retrofits and new development.
Services sought include: development of specifications, quality, and cost control standards; cost-estimating, tracking and payment approvals; progress inspections and completion of certifications; review and approval of project designs and change orders.
Funds are awarded subject to American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) regulations. Funds will be awarded at MOH’s discretion to the selected vendor.
The RFP package will be available on September 5, 2023, at 9:00 am from the City’s purchasing website, Supplier Portal (www.boston.gov/procurement). Completed proposals responses must be as specified and electronically submitted by October 6, 2023, no later than 4:00 pm.
