PEST CONTROL SERVICES
The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department, through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (PMD), hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites bids for the above-entitled project as more particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids.
Bid package may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (http://cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00013582 beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, March 25, 2024. The Invitation for Bids shall be available until the bid opening.
THE SCOPE OF WORK to furnish all labor, transportation, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for pest control services, including the extermination and control of insects and rodents. The Contractor will provide all chemicals and/or pesticides needed for the proper extermination of insects and rodents at Boston City Hall and locations Managed by the Property Management Department.
Bids can be filed electronically, on or before 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at the above-mentioned site. All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M. on April 23, 2024.
