Jessica Joyce is the First Assistant City Registrar of Constituent Operations, and serves as one of the Registry Division’s Justices of the Peace. Jessica has worked in the Registry Division for over 24 years, starting as a clerk and has worked in all departments within the Division.

Jessica enjoys helping constituents obtain and correct their vital records. She feels privileged to officiate wedding ceremonies at City Hall and loves celebrating with couples on their special day!

Jessica was raised in South Boston, she and her husband have 1 daughter, who attends school in the North End.
