Project Goals
The Walando Homes project is a scattered site preservation development with nine (9) existing buildings clustered in two locations, one in Mattapan and one in Dorchester. The Orlando Street site has a total of 24 units and Waldeck Street has 35 units. DND pervious assisted with acquisition and emergency repairs in 2016. The development needs gap financing to finalize it's full rehabilitation program.
