BPL MECHANICAL SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE & REPAIR

Bids will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bidders for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: BPL Mechanical Systems Maintenance & Repair. 

The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.

Bids shall be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, April 7, 2025, and opened and evaluated accordingly.

There will be an optional walkthrough on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 8:30 AM (Boston time) at Copley Branch of the Boston Public Library, 230 Dartmouth Street, Boston, MA 02116. Please come in through the McKim Building entrance and sign in at the security desk where the Facilities Manager will meet you. Please RSVP by Wednesday, March 19, 2025, before 2:00 PM (Boston Time) to business@bpl.org.

 SPECIFICATIONS will be available at about 9:00 A.M., Boston time, Monday, March 10, 2025.
