How to file a housing discrimination complaint

In the City of Boston, it’s illegal to discriminate when renting, buying, selling, or securing financing for any housing. If you feel you've been discriminated against, you should file a complaint as soon as possible.

We take discrimination seriously and will investigate all complaints. If we find that there has been discrimination, we’ll try to resolve the complaint. We'll also reach out to you to let you know we're looking into your complaint.
