Multi-function Print/Copy/Scan Devices and Services for the Boston Public Library

Proposals will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Multi-function Print/Copy/Scan Devices and Services for the Boston Public Library.

The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.

Proposals shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, February 27, 2024, and opened and evaluated accordingly.

SPECIFICATIONS will be available on or about Monday, January 22, 2024, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time.
