Demolition Delay Application: 2 Sinclair Road, Allston

Boston Landmarks Commission (BLC) received a complete application from Morgan Pierson to demolish the four-family residential building located at 2 Sinclair Road in Allston, MA 02134.

We will post each Demo Delay application to provide the public with information about proposed demolitions as early as possible in the Article 85 process. BLC staff has ten days from receiving an application to make a determination about historical, architectural, cultural or urban design significance.

If you have input about the significance of any of these properties, please send to BLC staff before 5 p.m. on May 4, 2018. The application is available for review in Room 709, Boston City Hall between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
