波士顿公共卫生委员会的变革性社区参与政策，旨在通过与社区分享决策权，促进种族正义和健康公平，确保社区对影响其生活的政策和实践具有可衡量的影响力，从而实现持续的系统和结构性变革。

我们的变革型社区参与政策指导所有局、中心和办公室以及合作伙伴，每年至少一次将社区成员纳入至少一个运营、资金或政策决策流程。

我们提问，您回应，我们行动，发生了什么变化

我们的“我们提问，您回应，我们行动，结果如何”问责制结构旨在让我们对我们所参与的社区以及参与的结果负责。
