Facility Condition Assessment
The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, acting by Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue Dorchester, MA 02125, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority hereby invites statements of proposals (SOP) for the project
listed above.
SOPs will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.
This contract is procured under the provision of Chapter 7c, section 44(b) of the Massachusetts General Laws.
Proposals: Shall be submitted before 12:00 Noon, Boston time, on Monday, December 13, 2021 and opened forthwith.
Specifications and Plans: Will be available on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, after 9:00 A.M. Boston time. To request electronic files, please email Maria Lew- Houston at mlewhouston@bostonpublicschools.org.
