Newspaper Microfilm Digitization
The City of Boston, acting by the Trustee of the Public Library of the City of Boston, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites proposals for the project listed above. Proposals will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.
All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Newspaper Microfilm Digitization
SCOPE OF WORK includes: Digitize Newspaper Microfilm for the Boston Public Library as part of the National Digital Newspaper Program.
Proposals shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, July 26, 2022 and opened and evaluated accordingly.
SPECIFICATIONS will be available on or about Tuesday, July 5, 2022 after 9:00 A.M., Boston time.
