Real Property for Lease
The City of Boston (“City”), acting by and through its Human Services Cabinet, (the “Official”), invites sealed proposals from interested and qualified owners (Proposer) of real property for office space, particularly set forth in the Request for Proposal Documents.

The City’s RFP is directed to interested and qualified owners (Proposer) of real property for the lease of approximately 7,000-9,000 square feet of usable office space from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2028 with a five year option to renew.
All proposals shall be submitted in strict conformance with the instructions contained in the RFP document. Requests for Proposals shall be filed no later than November 4, 2022 at 4:30 PM.
Requests for Proposals shall be available on or about October 5, 2022 at 10:00 AM until the proposal filing deadline.
