PFD - Horace Mann Relocation
The City of Boston acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department (PFD), at 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, Annex, Boston, MA 02118 hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.
Bids shall be on a form supplied by PFD, be clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder. All bids for this project are subject to sections 26-27, 29 and 44A-44J, inclusive of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: PFD - Horace Mann Relocation project.
Filed Sub-bid trade(s): Miscellaneous Ornamental
All filed sub-bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter1010 Massachusetts Avenue, Annex, Boston, MA 02118 before 12 p.m. (twelve o'clock) on May 3, 2023.
Plans and specifications will be available on or about April 17, 2023. Plans and specifications are only available electronically and by requesting access for such through bid.info@boston.gov.
