Event Venue Rental for 2023 Gospelfest Concert
The City of Boston (“the City”), acting through its Chief of Economic Opportunity and Inclusion on behalf of the Office of Tourism, Sports, and Entertainment, invites competitive sealed bids for an outdoor facility rental to host the City of Boston’s 2023 Gospel fest concert on Sunday, July 30, 2023, and particularly as set forth in the Invitation for Bids Documents (“IFB”).
The IFB shall be available from 9:00 AM on Monday, June 12, 2023 from the City’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal (Bid Event EV00012579). This contract is procured under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30B, § 6.
Proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, June 26, 2023, via the City’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplier portal (Bid Event EV00012579). Refer to the IFB for complete information on the submission process and details.
The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price for the services specified in the IFB. The City of Boston reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
