City Council Stenographer Services-(RE-BID)

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston City Council, through its City Council President, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.

The scope of work is further detailed on the City’s Purchasing Website and Supplier Portal: www.boston.gov/departments/procurement (Event EV00012150) and includes stenographer services in connection with fulfilling the City Council’s need for reporting, preparing, and indexing minutes of the regular sessions of the City Council Meeting, and others as requested, within the time frame required by statute and subject to release pursuant to public records requests.

All sealed bids shall be received no later than 12:00 p.m., Boston Time, on Wednesday, July 26^th, 2023, to Boston City Council, Office of City Council President Ed Flynn, One City Hall Square, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA 02201.
