Rock Salt Bags
The City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Director of Facilities Management (the awarding authority), invites sealed bids for the above-titled project, subject to the applicable provisions of the law, including, without limitation, M.G.L. c.30B as amended, and by the terms and conditions of the law of the contract documents entitled: “Purchase of Rock Salt Bags to Supply at Various Boston Public Schools.”
The City intends to award up to 1 (one) contract to the lowest and most responsible bidders.
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS will be available after noon, August 28, 2023, via the City’s purchasing website (boston.gov/procurement, click on “Go to Supplier Portal”) under Event ID EV00012962.
GENERAL BIDS shall be submitted via the Supplier Portal or to the Awarding Authority, 2nd Floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before 12:00 PM (Boston time) on Wednesday, September 11, 2023, and opened forthwith. Please submit your questions via email to bidderinfo@bostonpublicschools.org.
The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.
