Temporary Boiler at Strand Theater
The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department, through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (PMD), hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby.
invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.
Bids shall be on a form supplied by PMD, be clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder.
Plans and Specifications will be available October 4, 2023, after 11:00AM. Documents may be obtained. electronically by emailing BLW Engineers, Inc. at
THE SCOPE OF WORK is further detailed in the specifications and includes the following: Temporary. Boiler at Strand Theater - 543 Columbia Road, Boston, MA
A site visit is scheduled for October 11, 2023, at 1:00PM at the Project site located at 543 Columbia Road, Boston, MA. Representatives from PMD and BLW Engineers, Inc. will be on-site to meet with prospective. bidders.
Interested Bidders should submit (1) electronic copy on a thumb drive and (1) hard copy, bound and in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the name of the Project and PMD Project Number and the Name
and address of the Bidder.
Sealed bids for the General Contract will be received at Property Management Department, located at
City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201, prior to 12:00PM on October 18, 2023, after which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
