Safe Routes to School Planning and Engineering
The City of Boston (“the City”), acting through its Commissioner of Transportation, invites submittals for the performance of the services generally described above, and particularly as set forth in the Request for Proposals Documents (“RFP”).
The RFP shall be available from 9:00 am on Monday, November 13, 2023 from the City’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplier portal (EV00013310). This contract is procured under the provisions of the City Charter and is exempt from Chapter 30B § 1(b) (32A) of the Massachusetts General Laws.
Proposals are due no later than noon (12:00 pm) on Thursday, December 7, 2023. Please submit proposals via the supplier portal and by email to Charlotte Fleetwood. Refer to Section 5 of the RFP for complete information on the submission process and details.
The term of the contract shall be for three (3) years, starting on or about January 1, 2024, and ending on or about December 31, 2026.
