DEVELOP, RECOMMEND AND ADMINISTER PROMOTIONAL PROCESS
The City of Boston (the City), acting by its Police Commissioner (the Official), requests sealed proposals from interested and qualified parties (proposers) to develop, recommend and administer a legally defensible promotional process for the ranks of Police Sergeant, Police Lieutenant and Police Captain for the Boston Police Department, and particularly set forth in the Request For Proposals (RFP).

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, Section 6.
The RFP may be obtained on or after November 20, 2023, from the City’s purchasing website https://boston.gov/procurement (click on Supplier Portal) under EV00013338 or by e-mail to BPDcontracts@pd.boston.gov
All proposals shall be filed no later than 12:00 pm EST Wednesday, December 6, 2023. Price and non-price proposals must be submitted separately according to the RFP directions.
The attention of all Proposers is directed to the provisions of the Request for Proposals and contract documents.
