Fire Alarm Services at Boston Fire Locations

Bid package may be obtained by visiting the City of Boston’s Procurement website at https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement  and click on Supplier Portal to download the bid documents from Event Number EV00013603 

The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications and includes, but is not limited to the following: Provide annual inspections for the preventive maintenance and as needed repairs of fire alarm systems at various Boston Fire Department locations, inclusive of all the required equipment and materials in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149 from Immediate through June 30, 2026. Vendor will also be responsible for selecting from qualified sub-bidders for Fire Sprinkler Services.

Bid Documents will be available commencing on Monday January 22, 2024 beginning at 9:00AM. Proposals must be received no later than 12:00 P.M. February 7, 2024.
