Homelessness Prevention and Emergency Housing Services
The City of Boston, acting through its Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) requests proposals from interested and qualified non-profit applicants for its Request for Proposals (RFP) issued to contract services for Homelessness Prevention and Emergency Housing Assistance from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 (period of service), for an estimated total of $6,500,000, subject to the availability and subsequent approval of funds.
The RFP package will be available beginning March 18, 2024, 9:00 AM and is accessible from the City’s Purchasing Supplier Portal website: www.boston.gov/Procurement under Event ID #EV00013777.
The City will host an Applicant’s Conference via Zoom on March 26, 2024, 2:30 PM. Attendance is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. Applicants interested in the conference should contact the Program Manager.
Completed proposal packages must be submitted, as specified, electronically via the Supplier Portal by April 12, 2024, no later than 4:00 PM.
