1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the June 13, 2024, Board Meeting.
LICENSE AGREEMENT/LEASE/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT/EASEMENT
2. Request authorization to (1) terminate the existing lease between East West Boston, LLC, and the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency, to recapture Suites #201 and #301 at 12 Channel Street effective August 1, 2024; and (2) allow MassRobotics to remain in Suite #201 on a “tenant-at-will” basis.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/INVITATION FOR BIDS/CONTRACTS/GRANTS
3. Request authorization to (1) issue a Request for Proposals for Parking Management Services for 5 EDIC owned parking facilities, 4 BRA owned parking facilities, and 2 City of Boston owned parking facilities; and (2) enter into a Memorandum of Agreement between the parties to effectuate the collective management under one agreement.
