Rental, Cooperative and Ownership Development Funding
The City of Boston’s Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) and the Community Preservation Act (CPA) are issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide access to $25 million dollars of HOME, CDBG, Housing Boston 2030, Inclusionary Development Policy Funds and Community Preservation Funding.
There will be an Applicants Conference on Monday, August 26, 2024 at 10:00 am. Interested applicants may register at https://tinyurl.com/4pha52tz. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit a Letter of Intent by Wednesday, August 28, 2024, by 4:00 p.m. The Letter of Intent should specify the required information as instructed in the RFP. The Letter should be emailed to the attention of Christine O’Keefe, Acting Director at christine.okeefe@boston.gov. Prospective applicants are also strongly encouraged to contact MOH staff to discuss their individual project before submitting a full proposal.
The RFP application package will be available beginning Monday, August 5, 2024 and can be downloaded by registering at https://www.boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals. Completed proposal applications must be submitted as instructed and returned directly to the MOH, 12 Channel Street, Boston, MA, 9th Floor by Friday, September 20, 2024 no later than 4:00 pm.
