The City of Boston acting by and through its Public Facilities Commission by the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Real Estate Management and Sales Division, sells tax foreclosed or surplus municipal real property to buyers who agree to invest in the rehabilitation of the property.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals under MOH’s Real Estate Disposition Program.
This Property is being offered “As Is”.
The Property:
34 Athelwold Street (Ward 17 Parcel 00195000) approximately 4,665 total square feet of vacant land
The RFP package will be available February 18, 2025 and can be downloaded by registering at boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals. If you are unable to access, please contact the Project Manager.
Completed RFP responses must be submitted electronically by March 24, 2025, no later than 4:00 PM.
