PMD – MAINTENANCE OF CITY HALL PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM
The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department, through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (PMD), hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.
The scope of work provides all materials, labor and equipment to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, configure and provide training on the City Hall analog public access system as further described in the specifications which will be available on or about July 21, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. through the City of Boston Supplier Portal at https://procurement.boston.gov/psupplierportal

A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. All prospective bidders will meet in the 1st Floor South Elevator Lobby at Boston City Hall.
All General Bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority before 12:00 p.m. on August 14, 2025, at which time and place respective General Bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of amount bid. All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid.
