The City of Boston, acting by the Office of Workforce Development, 43 Hawkins St, Boston, MA, 02114, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites written quotes and price proposals for the project listed above.

Quotes will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.

All quotes for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: NJT Grant Writer Trainer FY26.

Quotes shall be submitted before 5:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, August 15, 2025, and opened forthwith.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, July 28, 2025, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time.
