Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: BPL Shaw-Roxbury Branch Signage.

Bids must be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, February 27, 2026, and opened forthwith.

 The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, February 2, 2026, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time.  

 Optional walkthrough at 1:00 P.M., (Boston Time) on Monday, February 9, 2026, at Shaw-Roxbury Branch of the Boston Public Library, 149 Dudley Street, Boston, MA 02119. Please come in through the Dudley Street Building entrance and sign in at the front desk where the Project Manager will meet with you. Please RSVP by Friday, February 6, 2026, before 4:00 P.M., (Boston Time) to business@bpl.org.
