Administrative Review/Approval - Projects Compliant with District Standards & Criteria
17.1183 BV 1 Bay Street: Replace all wood windows in-kind with the exception of the front façade’s cellar window and rear elevation’s first story casement windows.
17.1094 BV 16 Isabella Street: Install new black rubber membrane roof.
17.1263 BV 9 Melrose Street: Replace three (3) existing six-over-six, double-hung wood second story windows at front façade with six-over-six, double-hung aluminum clad windows.
17.1334 BV 41 Melrose Street: In-kind replacement of eight (8) brownstone lintels and five (5) brownstone sills at front façade.
17.1325 BV 48-50 Melrose Street: In-kind replacement of three (3) existing non-historic wood entry doors and sills at front façade and installation of new brass hardware.
