Lease of warehouse, commercial, and office space with parking
The City of Boston (the City), acting by its Police Commissioner (the Official), requests sealed proposals from interested and qualified parties (proposers) to lease approximately 31,000 Sq feet of warehouse, commercial and office space with parking to the Boston Police Department, and particularly set forth in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, Section 6.
The RFP may be obtained on or after March 4, 2024 from the City’s purchasing website boston.gov/procurement (click on Supplier Portal) under EV00013337 or by e-mail to BPDcontracts@pd.boston.gov
All proposals shall be filed no later than 12:00 pm EST Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Price and non-price proposals must be submitted separately according to the RFP directions.
The attention of all Proposers is directed to the provisions of the Request for Proposals and contract documents.
