Phillips Square Design
The City of Boston (“the City”), acting through its Commissioner of Transportation, invites submittals for the performance of the services generally described above, and particularly as set forth in the Request for Proposals Documents (“RFP”).
The RFP shall be available from 10:00 am on Monday, July 22, 2024 from the City’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal (EV00014187). This contract is procured under the provisions of the City Charter and is exempt from Chapter 30B § 1(b) (32A) of the Massachusetts General Laws.
Proposals are due no later than noon (12:00 pm) on Monday, August 12, 2024. Please submit proposals via the supplier portal and by email to wenzheng.wang@boston.gov and Patrick Hoey at patrick.hoey@boston.gov. Also copy Vineet Gupta on email submissions at vineet.gupta@boston.gov. Refer to Section V of the RFP for complete information on the submission process and details.
The term of the contract shall be for two (2) years, starting on or about October 1, 2024 and ending on or about September 30, 2026.
