  1. PUBLIC HEARING - OPEN TO PUBLIC TESTIMONY

    1.  5:30 p.m.:Request authorization to (1) approve the Master Plan for Planned Development Area No. 124, Suffolk Downs Redevelopment, East Boston and its five associated Phase 1-5 Development Plans; (2) to petition the Zoning Commission for approval of said Master Plan and five associated Development Plans pursuant to Section 3-1A.a and Article 80C of the Zoning Code and associated Map Amendment;  (3) to issue a Preliminary Adequacy Determination waiving further review pursuant to Section 80B-5.4(c)(iv) of the Zoning Code for the construction of the Suffolk Downs Project, a new mixed-use neighborhood consisting of 10.52 million square feet of development, including approximately 7,474,000 square feet of residential, senior and affordable housing, hotel, retail and other commercial uses, and a 27-acre publicly accessible open space network, located at 525 McClellan Highway in East Boston; (4) to consider the Suffolk Downs Project in East Boston as a Development Impact Project; and (5) to take all related actions.
