Finance Coordinator

 

Cindy is the Finance Coordinator in the Mayor's Office of Language and Communications Access (OLCA). She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management, with her concentration in Finance. 

Cindy is a native Chinese speaker. Being an immigrant herself, she cares about building bridges between different cultures in communities by breaking down the language barriers. Being part of the citywide effort and work with OLCA allows Cindy to better understand the needs in language access and utilize her expertises to serve the City constituents.
