16 parcels along Blue Hill Ave that are in tax taking. This project should be used to view potential foreclosures against parcels already in the REMs inventory. The parcels have been in tax taking for 5+ years and owe more than a few thousand.

City Planning

This project is going through a zoning review with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA). Then we’ll work with the Developer on funding, design, and compliance.
