    On behalf of Issuing Authority, Mayor Martin J. Walsh, the City of Boston will
    hold a hold a License Transfer Hearing for the Open Video System (OVS)
    License of RCN Telecom Services of Massachusetts, LLC., to be held on
    Thursday, December L,20L6, at 4:00 p.m. at Boston City Hall, Room 901,
    Boston, Massachusetts.

    The purpose of the hearing will be review the FCC Form 394 Transfer request
